Charity in the flowers and Me on the John Deere, what could be better?Following the good church services today, we came home and took a few minutes out in the yard.
Our first official Sunday as Pastor/Teacher for the Rivers of Joy Baptist Church, in Minford Ohio. Our fourth Sunday services preaching but our first official services as pastor.
A NEW BEGINNING at the church. We are very grateful for those who have labored in the church body over the last eighteen months. Some have felt they needed to leave, and we understand, some have left for reasons known to them, some have stayed and want to see the church body continue.
Its good to be preaching and teaching again. Its good to serve the Lord again in a local church. I believe every person who is a Christian should be able to serve in the church. And the church has some good folks who love the Lord and love the church. They tell me they are glad we are there, and I would say we are glad to be able to serve, and we are glad that they are willing to continue to serve the Lord at the Rivers of Joy Baptist Church as well.
