A YOUNG MAN WHO IS TO CONTINUE HIS EDUCATION AT LIBERTY UNIVERSITY
Who would have known that one month to the day, and on his mother's birthday, Jerry Falwell would go to glory, heaven, to be with the Lord. April 15th, was my mother's birthday, and we were all in Lynchburg, Virginia to be in the services of Thomas Road Baptist Church, and Stephen was to visit the campus of Liberty University for new student weekend.April 15th 2007 Stephen knew he would like to attend Liberty University, what he didn't know was that he would be standing beside Jerry Falwell at Thomas Road Baptist Church.
We all didn't know that we would be having Sunday Dinner with Jerry and Macel Falwell at a local restaurant in Lynchburg. Stephen was sitting on one side and I was on the other side of Jerry, talking and having a great time.
I am sure my sister Ellen, could address this event in Lynchburg in great detail, and would be much better than I to express all the Lord had in mind for all of us that weekend.
Those weekend events have lead all of us to a string of events that have been a blessing to all of us. These fifteen months have been a whirlwind for all of us. Now Stephen is at Liberty.
