I am glad that the Lord has the ability to clean up messes we make.
Working with Pastors is not always pleasant, rarely is with me. My stay in churches has been short lived in those churches where I am not the pastor/teacher.
.
WHILE THIS BLOGGER IS ABOUT MY JOURNEY,
I DO ADDRESS EVENTS ABOUT MY JOURNEY
and
Sometimes my journey in ministry gives the impression that I have a hard time working with other pastors. YEP!
.
Preachers tend to paint a picture that every thing is just going great in their church, when in fact the opposite is usually true. I generally point out those areas, and as a result, I have been viewed as trouble for the preacher. And my stay is usually short lived.
.
Now that I am a Pastor again, I have found that I have the opportunity, to implement some of the very ideas that I had for those churches I was in. I also have found a group of good people who are willing to listen to these ideas. I am looking forward to see how the Lord is going to work His will out for our church, and my prayer is that the Lord has given me the wisdom to not mess it up. AMEN.
.
WHEN PREACHERS/PASTORS ARE NOT WILLING TO
TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR MINISTRY ...
THERE USUALLY WILL BE SOME DIFFICULT TIMES AHEAD.
.
In more cases than I like to report the church I have worked in, the pastor generally has resigned shortly after I have left. And the pastor that the church hires, generally does not stay for long either in several of those churches.
.
Some of the churches have made (if I might say) a good come back.
The churches are doing well, some very well, and the Lord seems to be blessing.
Its really great to see the Lord blessing on those churches.
.
I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED CHURCHES, I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED PREACHERS AND I HAVE LOVED THE PEOPLE.
