A Healthy Breakfast, Snack, and Lunch, and Snack

BREAKFAST, SNACK, LUNCH, SNACK.....

  After I had fixed some coffee earlier, and had a glass of Charity's homemade green/fruit smoothie.  Then Charity made some great oatmeal. For a snack later:  Planters cashews.  Then a bottle of blueberry B superfood  (1/2 cup of blueberry's, 1/3 banana 3/4 juice of oranges and 3 concord grapes,  1/5 mango, 1/3 apple and 100% DV vitamins. Topped off by some grapes later.  Then there is the Vaxa  supplement.

In the afternoon a slice of Genesis 1:29 spouted gain and seed bread with Almond  butter and a banana on the bread. Toasted that is.

And at least 3 bottles of water.

Before I would drink a 50 cent diet Dr. Pepper. Now a bottle of Bolthouse Farms or Odwalla drink which cost $3.59 cent.    What we buy now in one week, we bought in a month.  

Well to report I have lost down to 189 pounds from 215 two months ago. And Charity had lost a lot too.
