He is 86 years old and moved into the cabin when he was 72 years old. He has done everything to this place. He lives where there are these rocks and he has taken them out of the river bed and made this beautiful landscaping place. At 86 he seems to be doing very well. He loves to work and wha ta wonderful place he has. I was totally inspired by the work he has done 05 27 2013
