Paul spend three chapters explaining to the Jews that there is a need to know why you need to be saved. Its not by your works. Its not my how well you live your life? He was carefully to explain why there was a need to be saved?
Then Paul in chapter 3 and 4 gives how God is going to save the sinner.
We as preachers of the Word, need to be clear in presenting the Gospel. Clearly explain what God requires of salvation.
Too many preachers have slimmed down the gospel, and are asking people to make a "decision" that will not lead to their salvation.
