flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.
Indicates why something just stated can be reasonably considered valid. Paul has argued that there is no exception that someone could live up to the perfect standard of God's Law.
The fact is that doing perfectly what God's moral law requires is impossible.
Therein is the first principle in all Paul's spiritual thinking, everyone must come to the knowledge that they cannot perfectly live by the standard of God's Law. Therefore, everything must be true which can be deduced from it.
OF THE LAW

All people are guilty before God and need to be justified by God.
THE LAW SHOWS US WE ARE GUILTY BEFORE GOD, AND WE NEED TO BE JUSTIFIED BY GOD IF WE ARE GOING TO BE SAVED FROM THE WRATH OF GOD.
